God’s
Creation

The story
about God’s creation of humans is indeed the work of the Wholesome Primordial
Lord of Element and Essence (in Thai: “Phra Ton Dhat Ton Dham”) who wished to
create human beings to engage in the insight-battle with the opponent evil Mara
or Satan. The reason is that the human
body does not cease when there is a strong attack in the insight.
The clarification
on story about God’s creation of human world is that the Wholesome Primordial
Lord of Element and Essence and the Unwholesome Primordial Lord of Element and
Essence (evil lord mara) competed and encountered with their superknowledge,
might, right, and power to make creations from various elements until different
realms were formed altogether with both material and immaterial mechanism. Thus, the evil lord mara or Unwholesome
Primordial Lord of Element and Essence has utilized this creation to imprison
sentient beings as well as deform and disable most of them from the capability
to encounter.
Therefore,
sentient beings have to face with fluctuation of happiness (made possible by
the wholesome party) and suffering (made possible by the unwholesome party) as
they continue to wander in the cycle of birth, aging, and death or
Samsara. So, the devastating natural
disasters are not by God’s will to test humans’ mind. But the disasters are the works of evil Mara
or Satan who make it possible with sin energy in the community of humans
altogether with their evil power.
Human beings
pass away to heaven as they commit good deeds and accumulate merit energy when
they were humans according to the Law of Karma which is like the operation
software agreed upon by both God and Satan per their bargains with might,
right, power, and superknowledge.
Likewise, humans do not go to hell because of God’s punishment, but it
is caused by the evil Mara or Satan.
Asking how God and Satan came to existence, the answer is that They existed
by chance like living beings that occur in plain water which is left in such
condition for a very long long time.
Asking if it
is possible to return to live with God or the Wholesome Primordial Lord of
Element and Essence, the answer is that it is possible if one has extremely
pure element (dhatu) and essence (dhamma), but it is not due to worshipping and
believing in God only. The Wholesome Primordial
Lord of Element and Essence dwells in a very deep realm of Nirvana. However, the King of Heaven, is a different
one, and he is closer to humans.
Lastly, the
chaos in human world is not caused by God’s will, but it is due to the evil
Mara or Satan who is like the Mafia trying to cause problems and troubles to
humans whilst God or the Wholesome Primordial Lord of Element and Essence tries
to solve problems and rules sentient beings to live meritoriously in peace and
happiness so they can pass away to heaven and finally enter the Nirvana. We can see that the wholesome and the unwholesome party are at work all the time as in the analogy of persuading angel (wholesome nurturer) and devil (unwholesome nurturer). If one attains full enlightenment and becomes a holy saint, one can get rid of the persuading devil in one's mind.
If one
believes in God but does not do good deeds, one will not pass away to heaven
and enjoy happiness. The very key to
this matter is not the belief in God only, but it is the wholesome deeds that
one commits mentally, verbally, and physically which enable one to earn merit
energy and pass away to heaven and the Nirvana, at last.
